WebSam Harris is a very sharp and likeable person, but his view is entirely conceptual. He's talking about how if you meditate you can see through egoic sense of self and thereby have a better life. But who is it that will have a better life? Ego. The logic doesn't hold water. Dan Harris is at least honest and humble in his view.
